1. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the US who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry.
Employees of Discount Pools Direct, its affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. Entry Period
The giveaway begins on April 1, 2025, at 12:00 AM EST and ends on April 14, 2025, at 11:59 PM EST. Entries submitted outside this period will not be considered.

3. How to Enter
Participants must complete the following steps to enter:
Complete and submit the entry form on the official giveaway page at https://discountpoolsdirect.com/splash-time-giveaway/. This serves as the primary entry. Upon submission, participants will receive a unique coupon code for $100 off any pool via email. The coupon code is valid until April 30, 2025.
Earn up to 4 bonus entries by interacting with the official announcement post on Facebook or Instagram:
– Like the post (+1 bonus entry).
– Comment on the post (+1 bonus entry).
– Share the post publicly (+1 bonus entry, optional but appreciated!).
– Tag up to 2 friends (+1 bonus entry per tag, max two tags).

4. Winner Selection
The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the giveaway period. The drawing will take place on April 15, 2025.
The winner will be notified via email (provided in the form submission) or phone within 3 business days after the drawing. An alternate winner may be selected if the winner does not respond within 7 days.

5. Prize
The prize includes:
A Catalina above-ground pool kit (standard package) valued at $2,899, measuring 24×52 ft. Standard package includes pool wall and frame, skimmer, solid blue overlap, Waterway 1HP pump 22″ sand filter (sand not included), Ocean Blue A-Frame ladder, and one Maintenance Kit.
Prize excludes installation, chemicals, sand, and water costs.
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase the chances of winning.

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow their name and likeness (e.g., first name and last initial) to be used in promotional materials related to this giveaway or advertising without additional compensation.
